Second Wind Run Clinic for the Blue Wave Mall Employees
With a health and running craze sweeping the country, more and more corporations are setting up running clubs for their employees. Blue Wave Mall in Marikina is one such company. Through the efforts of the Marketing Manager, Mrs. Karen Caballero, Blue Wave invited Second Wind to conduct a running seminar for their soon-to-be formed running club.
Last Tuesday, August 18, the president of Second Wind gave a short talk on the benefits of running, what you should know about running equipment and proper running techniques.
All in all, it was an informative and engaging talk. The participants seemed very excited about running and losing weight through their “biggest loser” challenge, which they will initiate on their own!
