Running seminar with Samahang Mananakbo ng Smart (SMS)
Secondwind was invited last may 12, 2009 at the Smart head office in makati to conduct a talk on running.
The speaker was Hector T. Yuzon

- 4 years footwear sales and product (Nike)
- Participating in the multi-sport since 1997
The talk was “Getting Started”, it discussed:
- What to expect and get out of running, basic stretching.
- Gears to wear, purchase.
- Foot type.
- Pronation.
- Running products.
- Q and A (the fun part).
Brought materials from the store for demo to the audience:
The presentation was interactive and informal, everyone participated in the discussion.
At the end of the presentation, Hector was given a plaque of appreciation from SMS
